Regarding home inspection: When I showed up to the home being inspected, Greg was flying a drone to get a look at the roof. He took his time going through a clear process for each part of the home and communicating with me and my wife during the entire visit. Greg was a true professional and made us very comfortable trusting his assessments. We did not know Greg and were referred to him, and now my wife and I are happy to refer him to others.

There are two questions when hiring a contractor: will the work be done well and will I get a fair price. I can say with confidence that if you choose Girardi Contracting the answer will be YES to both.

We have used Girardi Contracting for both a kitchen remodel in 2018 and a minor upgrade to the entire house in 2017. We bought a fixer upper and the house needed a lot of upgrading. All of the outlets were 2 pronged so they needed to be updated to 3. There was only 1 air conditioner so we needed AC units added to both upstairs bedrooms and a downstairs bedroom. Greg Girardi was able to run electricity upstairs to power the AC units. We had to get the house repainted and the wood floors refinished. Greg also checked our boiler to make sure our heat would be working properly through the winter.
